Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
2 pounds round steak1 1/2 cups beef broth1 tsp salt1 tsp black pepper1/2 pound mushrooms1 tsp garlic powder1 cup natural sour cream
Directions
Slice beef into 1/4" pieces.
Place in pot with beef broth, salt, pepper, and garlic.
Simmer until tender, about an hour and a half to two hours.
Add mushrooms and cook until it thickens up a bit.
Remove from heat; add sour cream.
