1 banana1 cup blueberries2 cups unsweetend almond milk2 tbsps. vegetable protein powder2 tbsps. ground flax and chia seed
Directions
put all ingredients in blender. blend until smooth, about 1 minute. pour into 2 glasses and enjoy!
