Ingredients
Crushed tomatoes cannedChicken stockzucchini freshmushrooms freshbaby potatoescarrots babysweet red or yellow peppers freshgreen beans freshham (opt)season of choice
Directions

Mince vegetables in food processor
Saute in soup pot for 5-7 minutes until softened
Add Crushed tomato
Add Chicken stock
Add ham & seasoning of choice (garlic, basil, pepper)
