Chick Pea Beet Salad

3 cups Roasted Beets1 Can Chick Peas2 Tbs garlic rice vinegar
Directions
Rinse your beans and toss them with your cooled and cut up beets. Add your vinegar and shake.

Green onions are also a nice touch.
