Ingredients
Beans, black, 3 cupsRed rice, 1cup1 med yellow onion, choppedRed Bell Pepper, large, choppedGarlic, 2 cloves, minced365 Organic Diced Tomatoes, 3.5 cup or 28 oz canChili powder, 1 tbspCayenne pepper, 1/2-1 tsp (optional)Ground Cumin seed, 1 tbspSalt, 1 tsp Pepper, black, 1 tspYellow Sweet Corn, Canned, .75 cup
Directions
Combine all ingredients except corn over medium high heat until simmering. Reduce heat & simmer for 1 hour. add corn during last 10 minutes.
