1 dozen eggs1 cup milk1 lbs turkey sausage (or sausage of your choosing)1/2 bag of shredded cheese1 bag frozen shredded hashbrowns
put your hashbrowns into the bottom of the crockpot
brown your sausage in a skillet
while the sausage is cooking, mix your eggs and milk and beat it together.
when sausage is done pour over hashbrowns
pour egg mixture over that and top with cheese.
set it on low overnight for 8 hours, wake up, stir and serve.
Serving Size: makes 12 1 cup servings
