Dr. Oz Whole Wheat Pizza Crust

Ingredients
1 TBSP of Dry Yeast1/8 TSP Sugar1.5 cups warm water1.5 cups whole wheat flour1.5 cups white flour1 TSP salt1 TBSP Olive Oil
Directions
1. Combine yeast, sugar, and water and let sit for 10 minutes.

2. Combine flours and salt. Add yeast mixture and mix by hand thoroughly. Add 1 TBSP of olive oil.

3. Knead for 2 minutes until dough is smooth.

4. Cover bowl and let rise in a warm place until dough doubles in size 20-60 minutes.

5. Punch down dough with fist, knead for 1-2 minutes.

6. Divide into 4 equal portions. Extra portions can be stored in fridge.

7. Roll balls into 10-12 inch rounds poke with a fork 4-6 times and bake in 450 degree oven for 5 minutes. Remove from oven and add ingredients.

Yield: 4 balls of dough for 4 pizzas
Serving Size: Divide pie into 8 pieces, serving size is 2 pieces. If you divide pie into 4 pieces serving size is one piece.
