Ingredients:*nasoya extra firm tofu- entire block, 1 serving Celery, raw, 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Carrots, raw, 1 cup, gratedScallions, raw, 2 medium (4-1/8" long) *Follow your Heart Original Veganaise, 4 tbsp*Avocado, raw, Calif., 1 fruit w/out skin & seed, .5 serving Dill weed, dried, 1 tsp *Himalayan Pink Salt, 0.5 tsp Pepper, black, 1 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne, .10 tspAlfalfa sprouts, .5 cup
Thaw frozen tofu night before. Steam tofu 5 minutes while prepping veggies. Shred carrots, diced scallions, celery, and chop sprouts. Mash Avocado, add veganaise. Let tofu cool, crumble and mix all ingredients together!
