Christen's Staple Raw Smoothie

Ingredients
1 c Water1 pineapple ring, about 3/4in thick1 medium banana 3 kale leaves, stems on, fresh (measures out to be about 2 cups if you stuff them in a measuring cup)1 handful of raw baby spinach (approx. 1/2 c)2 raw carrots - medium or large6-8 large frozen strawberries, about 1 cup1/4 c Bob's Organic Whole Ground Flax Seed Meal (
Directions
Add each ingredient in order listed to a Vitamix or equivalent blender. Instructions based on the Vitamix blender, basic model.

Turn blender on slowest speed, and gradually increase to 10, then flip the High Speed button on, and blend for approx. 30 seconds or until desired consistency.

Serve immediately.
