Ingredients
2lbs Ground Beef2 Large Sweet Onion1 Medium Green Pepper3 Stalks Celery1 Medium Head of Cabbage2- 14 oz cans Petite Diced TomatoesGarlic PowderCajun Seasoning2 Cups Cooked Instant Brown Rice
Directions
Cook rice per package directions and set aside.
Brown beef into crumbles and drain.
chop vegetables and add to drained beef. Once vegetables are cooked to your preference then add tomatoes and seasonings. Add cooked rice and stir together.
