Ingredients
Shredded red cabbageShredded carrotsShredded JicamaLime juice (fresh - one lime)make it easy, buy preshredded if possible. Jicama brings a fresh delightful sweet crunch to the mix but you will probably have to shred it yourself.
Directions
Buy the pre-shredded carrots and red cabbage. Shred jicama, add lime juice and mix well. Delicious replacing lettuce on any mexican course. I love it on tacos, tostadas, and with refried beans.
