Ingredients
Tomato bouillion with chicken, Knorr (1/2 cube), 4 serving (remove)Vegetables, roasted, onion, celery, carrots, mushrooms, garlic, herbs, 3 serving (remove)Broccoli, cooked, 1 cup, chopped (remove)ABP roasted zucchini and summer squash, 10 oz (remove)Couscous - Roasted Garlic and Olive Oil, as prepared, 2 cup (remove)
Directions
Cook couscous according to directions. roast all other veggies for 25 min. according to size of dice. and mix and cool. Enjoy with parmie cheese hot or cold with your favorite dressing!
