dreamfields low carb elbow pasta, 2 cups dryPeas, canned, 1 canBeef, bottom round, 10 oz(s)Beef gravy 1 cupCheddar Cheese, .50 cup, shreddedColby Cheese, .50 cup, shreddedMonterey Cheese, 0.50 cup, shreddedHood , Carb Countdown Dairy Beverage, 2% Reduced Fat, 1 cupMargarine-like spread, Country Crock, regular, 1 tbspMozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 2 ozParmesan Cheese, shredded, 28.3 grams(1 oz)
pre heat oven to 375, Boil noodles as directed,chop beef into cubes, mix all cheeses together, set 1/4 cup aside to top casserole,, spray a 8x8 pan with fat free non stick spray. when noodles are done drain them well, put back in pot, put butter and milk in with noodles, then add all the cheese except the 1/4 cup you put aside, and beef, add gravy and stir,gently add the peas, mix well, pour into casserole dish, top with remaining cheese and bake for 30 minutes, enjoy the meal in one. makes 6, 1 and 1/2 cup servings.

RUHAPPYTOSEEME
I cant edit this recipee but we arent adding the margarine, doesnt need it. if anyone has any ideas that would be great (its not showing on my list where you can edit :() and that will take fat and calories off this meal :) plus I used left over roast! so its cooked already. - 3/31/08
