Healthy Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
1 1/2 c whole wheat flour1 c white flour2 t baking powder1/4 t baking soda1/4 t salt1 c Smart Balance1/2 c splenda1/2 c brown sugar blend splenda1 t vanilla1 egg1 c oats12 oz pitted prunes, chopped1 c chopped walnuts12 oz semi sweet chocolate chips
Directions
1. Heat oven to 375 degrees
2. in a large bowl mix flours, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
3. In a second large bowl, cream smart balance. Add both splendas, beat until fluffy. Beat in vanilla and egg. Add flour mixture and mix well. Stir in prunes, oats, nuts, and chips.
4. Drop dough by rounded tablespons onto cookie sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes or until lightly browned around the edges. Allow to cool completely on wire racks.
Makes about 48 cookies.
