Shredded zucchini, almond butter, unsweetened chocolate (or semi sweet, your choice), eggs, honey, baking soda, cinnamon, almond extract, coconut flour and coconut oil for greasing and flouring the pan.
preheat oven to 350 degrees. shred zucchini (2 medium is about 3 cups). In a large bowl, mix 2.5 cups of almond butter with eggs, honey, extract, and baking soda. add the zucchini and chocolate and stir well. pour into greased and floured pan, and smooth out to all four corners, and then bake for 45-35 minutes. Let cool on a wire rack for about 10 minutes, then cut into squares.
