Easy Microwave Choclate Pudding

Ingredients
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder1/2 granualated sugar3 TBS corn starch2 cups milk (skim makes softer pudding - nutrition info is for skim)2 tsp vanilla
Directions
In large microwave safe bowl, combine cocoa powder, sugar and cornstarch with whisk

Add milk a little bit at a time to avoid lumps

When mixture is smooth, microwave on high for 3 minutes

Stir mixture

Then microwave on high at 1-minute intervals for 2-4 minutes, stopping when the pudding mix is shiny and thick

Cover top with plastuc warp right on the surface (to avoid a skin forming)

Cool in fridge and serve cold
