Moist Banana Bread

Ingredients
2 eggs1/3 C butter1 C sugar1 1/2 C mashed ripe bananas (3-4 medium)1 2/3 C all purpose flour1/3 C water1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp baking powder
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom only of pan 9 by 5 by 3. Mix sugar and margarine in butter in 2 1/2 quart bowl. Stir in eggs until blended. Add bananas and water - beat about 30 seconds. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into pan. Bake for 55 to 60 minutes, cool before slicing. 24 servings
