Bacon, Apple, and Chedder Melt

Ingredients
4 slices turkey bacon, halved crosswise8 slices whole-grain bread, toasted (the calorie calculations use the whole wheat white), toasted8 tsp Dijon Mustard2 apples (1 red, 1 green), halved and thinly sliced5 oz reduced-fat sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions
1. Preheat boiler. Cook turkey bacon in medium nonstick skillet until crisp, about 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.

2. Brush all 8 slices of toast with 1 tso mustard each. Place 4 slices of toast, mustard-side up, on a boiler pan. Top toast with apple slices

3. Sprinkle Cheddar over apple and broil 4 inches from heat until cheese has melted, about 2 minutes

4. Top each sandwich with 2 pieces of bacon and remaining toast
