Ingredients
4 Eggs1/2 Apple1-2 oz ham1 Tbsp Grapeseed Oil2 Tbsp Apricot Preserves1/2 C Shredded Cheese1/4 C Milk
Directions
Fry ham and apple in skillet with grapeseed oil. Mix egg, apricot preserves, milk and cheese. Add ham and apples to egg mixture. Pur in greased baking muffin pan. Makes 4 large size cups.
