1 can Mixed Beans (rinsed)1 shallot - finely chopped1 small yellow pepper - finely diced2 stalks of celery - finely diced3 tbsp white wine vinegar3 tbsp olive oil (or Camelina)1 tsp granulated garlic1 tsp dried italian herbs1/4 tsp cayenne
Directions
Mix everything together and allow to sit in the fridge overnight.
