Banana, fresh, 1 extra small (less than 6" long) Smashed/pureed*365 Cage-Free Omega 3 Large Egg, 2 serving All Whites Liquid Egg White (3 Tbsp=1 large egg's white), 6 tbsp (remove)Bob's Red Mill - Chia seeds - 1Tbsp=13g, 13 gram(s) (remove)Garden of Life RAW Protein, Vanilla (1scoop -23g), 1 serving (remove)tsp cinnamon dash of turmeric
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Soak Chia seeds in 1/4-1/3 cup water for atl least 30 minutes prior.
Combine all ingredients and pour into greased muffin tin
(I use silicon muffin tray)
Bake for 12-15 minutes depending on oven.
test with knife for doneness
