Garlic Romano Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
2-2/3 cups of instant mashed potato flakes**2-2/3 cups of water1 cup of fat free milk4 tablespoons of margarine butter blend1/2 cup grated Romano cheese1 tablespoon minced garlic1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon dried oregano** Instead of instant potatoes you can use 2 pounds red potatoes, 1/2 cup butter/margarine, 1/3 cup milk, 1/2 cup grated Romano cheese, 2 tablespoons minced garlic, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1 teaspoon dried oregano.
Directions
1. In a pot, bring water to a boil.
2. Remove from heat and add potato flakes, milk, butter, cheese, garlic, salt, and oregano.
3. Add more water and milk for desired consistency.
