Fresh cold Tomato soup

Ingredients
1 medium size tomatoe diced1 large carrot (diced)1 wedge of lime1 tbsp of cilantro1/2 chicken stock (no sodium)5-6 Hummus Chips
Directions
add tomato & chicken stock to blender slowly add the chopped carrot and lime wedge when completely crushed add sprig of cliantro blend until emulsfied.

crush hummus chips for garnish for a little crunch.
