Baked Pork Chop

Ingredients
1/4 cup olive oil3 onions, cut in half and sliced5 bay leaves4 - 3/4" center cut pork loin chops(about 1 1/2 lbs total)1 egg, beaten1 cup Italian-flavored bread crumbs1/4 t. salt1/4 t. black peppercooking spray In a 9 x 13 baking dish, combine oil, onions and bay leaves.Place eggs in a shallow dish. Place bread crumbs in another. Dip pork chops in egg then bread crumbs. Cover completelyPlace chops over onions and sprinkle with salt and pepper: coat lightly with cooking spray.
Directions
Preheat over to 400 degrees. Bake 35 to 40 minutes until chops are cooked through. discard bay leaves before serving
