Avocado, strawberry and goat cheese sandwich

Ingredients
2 slices of bread1 avocado4 medium strawberries thinly sliced2-4 Tablespoons of goat cheese mozzarella1 teaspoon lemon juice1/8 teaspoon of saltBlack pepper and sea salt to taste
Directions
Toast the bread and place on cooling rack
mash the avocado with a fork and then mash the lemon and salt.
Add as much avocado to the toast as desired and add 1 layer of thinly sliced strawberries. Top with salt, pepper and about a Tablespoon of goat cheese
