Ham and Cheese Souffle

Ingredients
1 cup flour1 tsp baking powder3 eggs2 cups 2% milk1 cup diced ham1 cup shredded cheddar (sharp is best)saltpepperdry mustardcayennenutmeg
Directions
Mix liquids together.
Mix dry ingredients together.
Put ham and cheese in bottom of a soufflé dish.
Combine wet and dry ingredients.
Pour on top of ham and cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. (Until a toothpick comes out mostly clean)
