Directions
1 t yeast2 t sugar2 c flour1 t salt1/8 t baking powder3 T plain yogurt2 T olive oil
Activate yeast with 3/4 cup water and sugar. Combine remaining ingredients and add yeast mix. Mix until just comvined, rise for 2-4 hours.
Divide into 6 portions. Lightly flour each, then roll out to 4x9x1/4 in circles. Heat a cast iron pan over high. Cook naan for 1 min first side, 30-60 seconds other side.
