6 Chicken ThighsSalt and Pepper1/4 cup Dijon Mustard1/2 Cup Real Maple Syrup1 Tbsp Rice VinegarThyme for garnish
Place Chicken thighs in 9x9" pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Combine Dijon Mustard, Maple Syrup, and Rice Vinegar. Poor over Chicken and turn over chicken ensuring complete coverage.
Bake Chicken in a 450 degree oven for 30 minutes. Baste chicken and bake an additional 15-20 until chicken is cooked through.
