Ingredients
4 matzo, soaked in water1 pint half-and-half4 slices bacon, cooked & drained4 oz swiss cheese3 eggs1/2 c green onionsnutmeg, salt & pepper
Directions
Soak matzo, press into pie pan.
Cook & drain bacon, place on top of matzo.
Mix half-and-half, eggs, seasonings. Pour on top of bacon.
Top with cheese.
Bake at 375 for 30-40 min.
