Green Curry Fish

Ingredients
Curry Paste, Mae Ploy Green 114gm Can (1Tbsp/15gm/8Servings Per Can), 2 tbspMushroom, oyster, raw (USDA) (2 oz / 0.567g), 6 oz Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped Edamame, shelled, fresh, 0.5 cupLIte Coconut Milk - WHOLE can (398 ml), 1 servingWhole Rainbow Trout, 100 gram(s)Basmati Gourmet Rice (1/2 cup cooked rice), 2 cupCurry Leaves (1 long spring), 8 servingGrapeseed Oil, 2 tsp
Directions
Begin making rice (allow soaking time of 30 mins., if required).

Meanwhile, fry curry paste in grapeseed oil in a small pot a few minutes to bring out flavors. Mix in coconut oil and warm until thickened.

Saute remaining ingredients in no calorie cooking spray until done. Serve.
