Steak n Egg Terri Style

Ingredients
Flank Steak, 3 oz (remove) 2 slice bread, Wheat, light, 1 serving (remove) Butter, salted, 1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) (remove) *Egg, fried with nonstick spray, 1 serving (remove)
Directions
In cast iron skillet, fry one egg over easy. Toast 2 slices of light wheat bread and spread lightly with 1 pat of butter. After egg is done, throw steak in skillet to heat up. Enjoy with a nice hot cup of coffee!
