Chicken Empanadas

Ingredients
1 Pillsbury Pie Crust, refrigerated roll1 10 oz can chicken1/2 cup fat free cream cheese softened1 small can diced green chilies1/4 cup diced onion2 cloves garlic minced1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese1/2 cup montery jack cheese1/4 tsp cumin powder1/4 tsp black pepperdash of salt
Directions
Roll out the pie crust and cut into 6 4" circles, you'll need to re-roll the leftover pie dough to make the last 2 circles. Mix together all ingredients in a bowl. Put 2 tbs of chicken mixture in each pie round. Wet the edges with water and seal, then crimp closed with a fork. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
