Chicken Patties

Ingredients
2 Ibs. ground chicken breast 2 cloves, minced 1/4 c. green onion, chopped1/4 c. parsley, chopped 1 tsp. sea salt 1/4 tsp. black pepper 2 c. brown rice, cooked24 black olives, chopped 1 egg
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together all ingredients.

Place parchment paper on baking sheet. Spread with 1 T. olive oil. Form 8 patties and place on paper.

Bake for 25-30 minutes.
