Ingredients
1/3 C pecans1/3 C Peanuts4 T sunflower seeds1.5 T chia seeds1.5 T flax seeds1.5 T sesame seeds1 t salt1/2 C coconut plam sugar2 C Oats (instant, five grain, ect)2 C puffed brown rice4 T agave nectar7 T light corn syrup
Directions
lay on parchment paper. Press down to make even. Bake at 325 for 25 minutes. Cut then let it cool.
