1 med apple1 c. blueberries (fresh or unsweetened frozen)1 banana3 tbsp plain yogurt1 c. 100% cranberry juice2 c. plain soy milk3 tbsp flax seed4 tbsp protein powder5 tbsp Splenda (or to taste)
Coarsely chop apple, leaving on peel. Add apple and all other ingredients to blender. Blend on high for about 2 minutes (until smooth), pulsing occasionally to dislodge any stuck chunks.
