Bacon and Cheese Quiche (2 Pies)

Grade A Extra Large White Eggs, 10 eggs Half and Half Cream, 2 cupsBacon, pork, microwaved, 10 medium slices, cooked Colby Cheese, 2 cup, shredded Cheese, 2 cups Pie crust, frozen, ready-to-bake, 2 crust, single 9"
In a large bowl, add eggs and half-and-half. Whisk until smooth.
In a 9 inch deep-dish pie pan, sprinkle bacon evenly across bottom of pie crusts.
Then, sprinkle mix of cheeses.
Pour egg mixture over the top of the pies and place in a 375 degree oven for 60 minutes until pie are nicely browned.
Serving Size: Makes two pies. 6 to 8 servings per pie.
