Homemade Low-Carb Turkey Soup

Ingredients
3 quarts of homemade(or can) turkey brothleftover turkey breast, shredded3 stalks chopped celery10 chopped baby carrots1 medium chopped onion2 cups fresh mushrooms2 cans no salt added tomatoes3 whole garlic clovespoultry seasoninggarlic powdersalt and pepper
Directions
Add all ingredients to a large pan. Season to taste. I put in approximately 2.5 tsp of poultry seasoning, 1 tsp of garlic powder, lots of pepper and just a bit of salt. Everyone's tastes vary, so season it to what taste great for you.
Simmer for 30 to 40 minutes.
