4 oz. Cold Milk (I use Almond Breeze Almond Mile, refrigerated, unflavored, unsweetened, 30 cal / serving)1 serving vanilla protein powder (I use Unjury)2 T. Torani Sugar Free Brown Sugar Cinnamon flavored syrup (can use 1 T. sugar free pancake syrup and a generous pinch of cinnamon)1/8 t. butter extract8 oz. boiling water
In a 16 oz mug, mix together the milk and protein powder until it is fully mixed and lump free.
Add the syrup and extract and stir again.
Add boiling water slowly while stirring the drink. Enjoy!
