Peach Jam

Ingredients
Peaches, fresh, 2 cup slices (remove)Apples, fresh with skin, 1 small (2-1/2" dia) (approx 4 per lb (remove)Granulated Sugar, 0.8 cup (remove)
Directions
Cook peaches and apple with skin as a peelin about 1/2 cup of water.

Boil until tender. Remove peels and puree the fruit.

Add sugar and any flavorings (about 1 teaspoon. start with about 1/4 teaspoon and work up).

Boil for about 5 - 10 minutes until thickened and it turns more clear.
