3 x Medium Bananas1/2 Cup x Raw Oat Bran1/2 Cup x Pronutro1 tbsp x Peanut Butter300ml x Water
Add water, oats, peanut butter and Pronutro to blender and blend on low for about 15 seconds. Add bananas and blend on high for about 30 seconds or until the mix is nice and smooth.
