Mock Chicken Marsala from SP Recipe

Ingredients
6 chicken thighs1/4c brown rice flour1/4tsp black pepper1 TBSP butter1/2c raspberry dressing1/2c vegetable brothjuice of 1/2 lemonparsley, dried
Directions
Dredge thighs in flour mixed with pepper and brown in skillet, can us 1 tsp olive oil or butter to brown meat. Remove from pan and add dressing, warm then add broth and lemon juice. Simmer on low for10 minutes to reduce then add chicken back into skillet and continue simmering another 10 minutes or so until done. Serve 1 thigh with spoonful of sauce and sprinkle with parsley. Good with side of gluten free pasta and roasted broccoli.
