Ingredients
5cups 2%milk1\4 cup white rice1\4 cup sugar1 tablespoon pistachio crushedCardamom pods4
Directions
Soak rice in water for 15 minutes. Drain and grind it in a blender with 1cup of milk. Heat rest 4 cups of milk until very hot . In a saucepan add ground rice hot milk and sugar and cook on medium heat stirring constantly until thick for 20 minutes. Switch off heat add cardamom and pistachio
