Scrambled Omelette

Ingredients
1 tsp. Butter, margarine or olive oil.25 cup ham, chopped.25 cup onion, chopped2 eggs, large.5 oz. Cheddar Cheese, grated.25 tsp. Black Pepper
Directions
Sauté onions and ham in butter or oil of choice. Beat in eggs. Add cheese and black pepper just before all is done. Heat until cheese melts. Serve with favorite toasted bread, fruit spread, fruit and or juice / milk.
