Ground Chicken Tacos with Creamy Salsa

Ingredients
*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbspGreen (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped*Kosher Salt, 0.25 tspPepper, black, 1 dash*Cumin - ground (1 tsp), 2 tsp*cayenne pepper, 0.25 tsp*CHICKEN GROUND, 16 OZ *Chicken Stock, 1 cup*Bell pepper - red, 0.5 cup*onion chopped, 0.5 cup*garlic, fresh 2 cloves, 1 serving*Goya Sazon Seasoning, 1 serving2 teaspoons Flour, 1 serving1/2 teaspoon coriander, 1 servingtaco shells or tortilla wraps, 4 serving
Directions
Cook meat in olive oil with vegs and seasonings, breaking up meat in small pieces. Sperinkle flour over mixture and mix in for a few mins. Add stock, raise heat and simmer 4 or 5 mins.. Serve with Creamy Salsa recipe that follows. Creamy Salsa: use sour crea, onion, hjotsauce, lime juice, cilantro leaves, jalapeno, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
