Ingredients
shredded cabbageshredded carrotswalnut oilcider vinegar
Directions
wash & shred veggies, add nuts, raisons, sesame seeds, toss. Put vinegar & oil in small jar, tighten lid, shake until emulsified (20 seconds?). Toss salad w/ dressing and allow to mellow in fridge overnight or 1 day.
