French Country Clafoutis

Ingredients
3c Blueberries, washed & dried2 tbsp Butter @ room temp, plus extra for coating2/3c Sugar3 Eggs1/2 c Flour1 c Cream1tsp Cinnamon, 1/2 tsp vanilla and almond extract
Directions
Preheat oven and casserole or large iron skillet to 400F

Cream butter and sugar, add eggs & mix well on slow speed.
Add flour. Once incorporated, slowly add cream.
Add cinnamon and extracts.

Pour batter to 1/4" thickness into preheated and greased vessel, bake 5 min. Remove from oven, spread blueberries and pour remaining batter.

Bake for 30 minutes or until top is golden brown. Allow to cool slightly. Dust with powdered sugar and serve warm.
