Banana bread muffins

1 3/4 cups flour2 1/4 teaspoons baking powder1/2 teaspoon salt1/3 cup butter2/3 cup sugar1 egg, beaten1 1/4 cups mashed bananas(aprox. 2 or 3 whole)1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
Preheat oven to 350ºf; put muffin liners in tin.
Mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt in a small bowl.
In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add egg, bananas, and vanilla. Mix well.
Add the flour mixture to the banana mixture. Beat until smooth.
Pour the batter into muffin tin. Bake for 20 mins or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Enjoy!
Serving Size: this makes 12 muffins when made in a 1-and-a-half inch deep muffin tin. I know this doesn't make much sense, but my daughter wrote this and isn't sure how to put in the muffin tin size.
