Spicy Shrimp and Angel Hair Casserole

Ingredients
1 cup plain yogurt1 1/2 cups half and half (I used fat free)1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese9 oz. angel hair pasta, cooked16 oz jar of chunky salsa (mild or medium)1/2 cup shredded monterrey jack cheese (I used a combo of cheddar and jack)2 lbs uncooked shrimp, peeled and deveined2 eggs1/3 cup chopped parsley1 tsp dried oregano
Directions
Cook pasta according to package. Meanwhile, in large bowl combine yogurt, half and half, feta and swiss cheese, eggs, parsley, and oregano. In large rectangular baking dish, place half of cooked pasta. Over that, place half of the shrimp. Top with salsa. Add rest of pasta and shrimp, pour the monterrey jack cheese over that, and top with the yogurt and cheese mixture. Bake on 350 for approx 25-30 minutes until bubbly. Remove and let stand for 10 minutes.
