Tilapia Foil Packet for Grill

2 Tilapia filet (I used frozen--thawed out)1/2 lrg lemon2 Tbsp margarine1 Bell pepper---cut in strips3 oz grape tomatoes---halved1 Tbsp olive oil1 tsp kosher salt1/4 tsp black pepperItalian seasoning saltcooking sprayfoil
Preheat grill to medium high.
In bowl toss together veggies, oil, salt, pepper. Set aside
Lay foil out spray with cooking spray
Lay one fish on foil, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Place 3 slivers of butter on top then slices of lemon on top of butter. Sprinkle with seasoned salt
Place 1/2 of vegetables next to fish. Seal in foil. Repeat steps with other fish.
Place on grill, cover, and cook 10-15 minutes longer if you keep frozen.
Serving Size: 2 fillets plus half of veggies
