Bacon, Chive & Cheese Stuffed Sweet Peppers (Keto friendly)

Ingredients
4 Mini Sweet Peppers - cut in half8 Tbsp of Whipped Cream Cheese1 Tbsp of freshly chopped Chives4 pieces of cooked bacon, crumbled.Dash of salt and pepperOlive Oil Spray.Date preserves of jam (optional)
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Slice each Mini Sweet Pepper in half, and deseed.
Mix whipped cream cheese, chives and bacon.
Turn the peppers over and spray with olive oil.
Flip back around.
Fill each pepper with the cream cheese mixture
sprinkle a little kosher salt and pepper over the top.

Set to bake for 15 minutes until the cream cheese is cooked, and the peppers appear roasted.
